Spatchcock Chicken with Za’atar Tahini Sauce

Ingredients:
1 (4 pound) whole chicken
canola oil
kosher salt / fresh finely ground black pepper
for the Za’atar Tahini Sauce:
1 garlic clove - finely grated
1 large lemon - zest 1/2 | freshly squeeze 1/4 cup of the juice (or use 2 small lemons)
1 cup 2% or 5% greek yogurt (7 ounce container is fine)
1/2 cup Tahini (sesame paste)
1 1/2 teaspoons Za’atar (Middle Eastern spice blend)
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 - 8 tablespoons milk
chopped cilantro - to garnish
sliced mint - to garnish

Louis Vuitton introduced the first of its famous flat-topped leather-wrapped trunks in Paris all the way back in link 1854 but link didn't link release its first watch until 1988, with the Gae Aulenti-designed Monterey I. This was a quartz-powered world-time wristwatch with an alarm and moonphase display placed in a spherical, lug-less 18k yellow gold case with the crown positioned at 12 o'clock – it was decidedly offbeat and didn't exactly set the world on fire in the late '80s.
It would be incredibly easy, after all, to pick five lots that make it look like the watch-auction market is stronger link than ever. It would also be easy to highlight five lots that make it look like the sky is falling. The truth is, of course, somewhere in the middle. I believe there's good reason to be confident in the inherent strength of the luxury watch market, but things have link absolutely link cooled off from the highs we experienced during the November and December 2021 sales.
