Semolina Pasta Recipe with a Kitchenaid
recipe by shereen pavlides
Ingredients:
162g (5 1/2 ounces) all-purpose flour or “00” Italian pasta flour
157g (5 1/2 ounces) durum wheat semolina
3 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 - 3 tablespoons water
Description in the video above...

In the end, link I came to the conclusion that in life and watches, it's best just to link go with your gut and base decisions off instinct link rather than getting caught up doing mental gymnastics. Save your energy for the fish.
Like I said, that's within some margin, as a 42mm link case size like the standard lineup of DB28 – link and in this case the DB28XP "Kind of Blue" – still might be a bit too long from top to bottom for a thinner wrist. That was the case with a few friends who tried on the DB28XP shortly after I photographed it. But link at 8.5mm thick, the DB28XP should look thicker on the wrist than the svelte DB28XS which is only 7.4mm. Take a look at the two pictures below.
I was making Ravioli and ran out of dough. I can cut my recipe in half for the stuffing. Can this dough be doubled and do I REALLY need 6 eggs ..Thanks
Hi! can’t wait to try this. How many servings does this yield? I’m cooking for 8
Hi, You verbaly mention combining 1/2 flour and 1/2 semolina. The ingrediants posted are a bit confusing. Should I add the same amount of semolina as flour or vise versa . Thks
