canola oil
kosher salt / fresh finely ground black pepper
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup prepared horseradish

2 - 3 sprigs fresh rosemary

I've worn mine without a mind for abuse over the past month or so, and the bezel has yet to show any wear.
